Occupational Therapist (FT/PT)

Moxie SLP and OT Services is currently recruiting a pediatric occupational therapist. Moxie SLP and OT Services offers neurodiversity affirming, strengths-based, and child-led services to support daily activity and communication across a wide range of needs. 

Position type: Full-time (31 available appointments) or part-time (evenings and weekend only), depending on candidate availability

Hourly rate: $38-41, based on billable hours

Benefits: Health Insurance for full-time

Location: Williston, VT 

Start date: January 2026

We are open to adding a new clinician with typical hours, 9am - 5:30pm or adjusted evening and weekend hours. We’re open to building a schedule that works for the right candidate, including weekend or evening hours if preferred. If you are a school-based OT looking to pick up a weekend and/or evening job, we still encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to clients ages 2 - 21 with a wide range of diagnoses

  • Write and submit evaluation reports, daily notes, and other necessary documentation in a timely manner

  • Evaluate clients and create individualized plans of care to address clients’ sensory, motor, functional, and executive functioning needs

  • Collaborate with caregivers to develop appropriate home programming for clients

  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to develop strategies for your clients’ success in the home and community

  • Monitor and document client progress

Qualifications: 

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy

  • OTR/L Certification

  • Valid occupational therapy license in the state of Vermont (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Experience working with children with complex health needs, and/or neurodivergent diagnoses
