  • We will begin accepting referrals for clients on June 1st, 2025.

  • We accept Medicaid, BCBS, as well as private pay clients. Co-pays and deductibles vary from plan to plan, so please contact us for any further information.

  • Every client receives a new evaluation upon beginning services at Moxie unless an evaluation has been completed within one year of beginning services at Moxie.

    A thorough review will be completed of medical and educational records in addition to intake documents required.

    Assessment materials are determined based on individual need and are comprised of age-appropriate, standardized assessments combined with subjective clinical observations and an extensive medical and social history.

    SLP assessments may include oral mechanism exam, speech, language, fluency, executive function, or social communication. 

    OT assessment will look at any skills that impact daily functioning, which may include gross motor, fine motor, visual perceptual, visual motor, sensory processing, social-emotional, motor planning, and executive functioning skills.
